J'adore le chocolat!
Occasionally, I will bake these molten chocolate puddings, as they are so incredibly easy, and take no time at all! And they taste divine! I must say, if you plan on making these tempting treats, be sure to use good quality chocolate.
One of my (many) dreams has been to one day own a chocolate shop; a magical chocolate shop, where people enter and all there stresses disappear, where both the young and old can come in and sit, relax, and be treated to whatever tickles their tastebuds. The first time I watched the movie Chocolat, it was though I was seeing my dream made into a movie.

i don't know if you went to a tearoom called "angelina's" when you were in paris - it's on the rue de rivoli and it has the most amazing hot chocolate in the world - it's like a pot of molten chocolate with a big pot of cream sitting at the side.....heaven for any dedicated chocoholic....
